Labour Party Members Brave Threats After 2023 Elections – Chairman Abure

Speaking at a press conference in Abuja on Tuesday, Abure addressed the challenges the party is facing in the aftermath of the fiercely contested 2023 elections, including alleged threats to his life.
Abure emphasized the party’s determination to overcome obstacles posed by what he described as “dangerous individuals” in their pursuit of political change in Nigeria. Despite facing threats since the conclusion of the elections, Abure asserted, “We will not be deterred because we know that the struggle to free Nigeria from the grips of some dangerous individuals isn’t going to be an easy task.”
