Landmark CEO Engages In Ongoing Talks With Government Authorities Amid Demolition Threat

In response to the looming demolition threat faced by sections of Landmark Beach Resort, Landmark Africa’s leadership has disclosed active dialogues with both Federal and Lagos State authorities. CEO Paul Onwuanibe, speaking through his official communication channels, provided assurance amidst growing concerns among Nigerians regarding the potential demolition notice issued to the resort in connection with the Lagos-Calabar coastal highway project.

According to updates from Naija News, the Lagos State Government recently served a seven-day ultimatum to Landmark Group’s CEO, signaling its intention to clear portions of the Beach Resort for the coastal highway’s construction.

Specific areas earmarked for demolition by the Lagos State Government include the Beach Resort, Kids and Bay Arena, and Members Area. However, Landmark’s management remains committed to exploring avenues for resolution through ongoing discussions with relevant government entities.
