Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the president-elect of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, was at the International Conference Centre a few minutes ago, where the INEC handed him with his certificate of return as the constitutionally elected president.
This is that fantastic moment. Tinubu walked and stopped to greet the Deputy Director General of the APC presidential campaign council,Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole.
