In a video posted on Instagram, Adanma explained that she entrusted her Production Manager, Ogolo, with handling various aspects of the production, including logistics and equipment. She mentioned that Emeka, the Director of Photography (DOP), was wearing a life jacket that day, and there was another one available. However, when her PM offered the life jacket to Junior Pope, he refused, stating that it was dirty.

Adanma emphasized that those who wore life jackets survived the incident. This revelation adds a new dimension to the circumstances surrounding the tragedy, shedding light on potential factors that contributed to the outcome.
