Nigerians React As Tinubu Departs Lagos For Ramaphosa’s Inauguration In South-Africa (View Details)

President Bola Tinubu left Lagos at 11:06 a.m. on Tuesday en route to Pretoria, South Africa, where he will attend the inauguration of re-elected President Cyril Ramaphosa.

Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and other dignitaries bid farewell to Tinubu at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, as he departed in a Dassault Falcon 8X aircraft with registration number 9H-GRC.

Tinubu is expected to return to Nigeria after the ceremony.

In a related development, Tinubu had earlier congratulated President Ramaphosa on his re-election, praising the South African people for their peaceful conduct during the general election.
