The NYSC DG emphasized the importance of patriotism and renewed dedication to the principles of nation-building for the achievement of a great country. He specifically called on Corps members to maintain peaceful coexistence with their host communities and avoid actions that could tarnish the image of Nigeria, the NYSC Scheme, and their families.

Addressing the Corps members, he stated, “I urge us to remain diligent in our assigned duties and continue to work assiduously for the progress and success of the Scheme.” Reflecting on the lessons learned in the previous year, he encouraged sustaining exemplary work ethics and upholding the integrity of the NYSC at all times for a successful year ahead.
