Shocking Crime in Kwara: Pastor and Family Accused of Tampering with Evidence in Murder Case

Brutal crime has rocked Kwara State, Nigeria, with the murder of 21-year-old graduate Mojisola Awesu. Known for her bright future, Mojisola’s life was tragically cut short, sending shockwaves through the community.

The Kwara State Police Command has made significant progress in the case, arresting seven individuals connected to the heinous act. Central to the investigation is Adebayo Happiness, who lured Mojisola to a party under false pretenses, offering her N15,000 to pose as his girlfriend.

In a shocking twist, Adebayo’s parents, Pastor Adebayo Adeniyi and Mrs. Bukola Adeniyi, have also been apprehended. Authorities allege that they attempted to obstruct justice by tampering with evidence and concealing their son’s involvement in the murder.

Further complicating the case, three hotel workers—Adeoye Adeola, Lawal Amina, and Bulus Peter—have been arrested for their involvement. The trio is accused of unlawfully disposing of Mojisola’s body at a refuse dump in a bid to cover up the crime.
