UTME 2025: JAMB Announces Fresh Adjustments to Mock Exam

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has revised the schedule for the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) Mock. In a statement released on Monday, JAMB spokesperson Fabian Benjamin clarified that the rescheduling aims to ensure the completion of critical preparations. Additionally, the adjustment accommodates the increasing number of examination centers designated for the 2025 session. Initially set for Saturday, April 5, 2025, the Mock UTME will now be conducted on Thursday, April 10, 2025, while the main UTME is scheduled to commence on April 25, 2025.

“In alignment with global best practices and recent research on examination methodologies, the Board recognizes the importance of innovative measures to optimize the mock examination’s objectives,” the statement noted.

Benjamin further advised candidates to stay updated regarding the availability of their Mock Notification Slip, which will contain details of their assigned examination centers.
