Nollywood actress Oluwafunlayo Obafemi has recounted a tense incident involving her husband and popular actor Odunlade Adekola during a movie production.

According to Ireporter Online, Obafemi shared the account during an interview with Feelrightnews TV on Tuesday, explaining that the incident occurred after a film crew changed its shooting location.

The actress said the original venue was unsuitable for the planned scene, prompting the crew to move to her home, which was located nearby. She explained that she did not inform her husband because she expected the filming to be completed before he returned.

However, Obafemi said the situation changed after a neighbour allegedly informed her husband that the production crew was filming at their residence.

She claimed that her husband returned home angry and entered the house with a firearm while the filming was ongoing. According to her account, a shot was fired at a window while Adekola was inside the building.

Obafemi said the actor managed to escape from the premises by climbing over a fence, describing the incident as a frightening experience.

She expressed gratitude that Adekola was able to escape unharmed, attributing his survival to divine intervention.

The actress said the incident remained a disturbing memory and highlighted the unexpected risks that can arise when movie productions take place in private residences.
