Wike asserted that the extensive infrastructure drive across satellite towns in Abuja would significantly strengthen the ruling party’s political standing ahead of the 2027 elections. He maintained that the rapid development of previously inaccessible areas into functional road networks has reshaped public perception and could make it extremely difficult for opposition forces to secure victory in the Federal Capital Territory.
