Younger Men Approach Me’ – Venita Akpofure

Nollywood actress and entrepreneur Venita Akpofure has revealed that she is often approached by younger men, whom she described as more confident and daring than older men.

The 39-year-old actress made the disclosure during an appearance on the Tea With Tay podcast, where she discussed various aspects of her life, including her career, motherhood, relationships and personal experiences.

Venita said younger men tend to approach her more frequently because they possess greater confidence and boldness.

According to her, while some younger men may not have the financial capacity of older men, they compensate for it with courage and willingness to make their intentions known.

The actress explained that the confidence displayed by younger men is one of the reasons they are more likely to approach her.

Venita also reflected on her career journey, recalling her early days as a model and her role as Mimi on AY’s Crib, before becoming widely recognised as one of Africa’s prominent video vixens.

She further spoke about growing up between Warri and the United Kingdom, her experience with marriage, rebuilding her finances and personal life, as well as raising her two daughters.

The actress also opened up about personal growth and reinvention, describing her journey as one of rediscovering herself and becoming more comfortable with who she is.
