Dollar to Naira Exchange Rate (Black Market): As of Tuesday, October 8th, 2024, at the Lagos Parallel Market (Black Market), traders are buying a dollar for ₦1670 and selling it for ₦1680, according to sources from the Bureau De Change (BDC).
