Broda Shaggi Speaks Out Following Sango Shooting

Nigerian comedian and content creator Samuel Perry, widely known as Broda Shaggi, has issued his first public message on social media following a reported gun-related incident that left him injured. The entertainer, celebrated for his online skits and large following, was hospitalised after sustaining a gunshot wound in the Sango‑Ota area of Ogun State while on location shooting content.

According to official accounts, the circumstances of the shooting remain unclear, but a law enforcement source indicated that the injury occurred during the production of a comedic skit under a bridge in the area. He was swiftly taken by his team to Blooming Care Hospital in the Alakuko district of Lagos State, where he received initial treatment before being moved to another facility for further care.

Medical personnel reportedly administered first aid upon his arrival, and authorities have commenced inquiries into the incident. While some reports emerged suggesting arrests in connection with the case, police have distanced themselves from those claims as investigations continue.
