Hajia Titi Abubakar, the wife of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential candidate for the 2023 election, has incorrectly asked voters to vote for the All Progressives Congress (APC).

in a video where she was seeking voters’ support, Mrs Abubakar said: “On the 25th of February, everybody should come. If you have not yet received your PvC, everyone should come and get it; get it ready for the 25th of February, when we will vote APC.”

This newspaper has yet to learn where Mrs. Abubakar delivered her speech.

Meanwhile, Titi’s husband, Atiku Abubakar, has promised that the APC will reclaim the governorship of Imo in 2023.

An off-season governorship election in Imo will be held on November 6, 2023. Remember that on January 14, 2020, the Supreme Court fired Emeka Ihedioha and declared Hope Uzodimma of the All Progressives Congress (APC) the winner of the election.

Atiku described what happened in 2020 as a daylight robbery during a campaign rally in Owerri on Saturday.

Atiku stated that Imo has been a traditional PDP state and that the party is poised to restore Imo’s glory.
