Kane claims that Harve Pierre, then-President of Bad Boy Entertainment, invited her to New York under the pretense of a professional opportunity, only for her to be drugged, assaulted, and taken advantage of in a recording studio.

Despite the legal and emotional challenges, Kane is determined to proceed with the case, stating that the defendants’ attempts to intimidate her into using her real name will not stop her from seeking justice.

Sean Combs has denied all allegations, adding to his growing list of legal issues.
