During a recent gathering in Port Harcourt, the leaders issued a warning against what they described as “unfounded blackmail” targeting Otuaro. Their communique condemned a social media video by Jude Gbaboyor that implicated Otuaro in the alleged leak of a Department of State Services (DSS) document.

Signed by the First Phase Chairman, HRH Henry Binidodogha (General Egbeme 1), the statement emphasized Otuaro’s detachment from DSS operations, refuting Gbaboyor’s accusations as baseless. The ex-agitators noted the DSS’s capacity for thorough investigations, stressing that the PAP is not an arm of the DSS.

They commended Otuaro for his efforts to advance peace and security in the Niger Delta since assuming office, attributing to him significant reforms at PAP to benefit the region. They also expressed appreciation for the support of the Office of the National Security Adviser and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
