Tinubu vs Oshiomhole

Oshiomole made these remarks on Friday during the commissioning of a tank farm owned by APC chieftain Chief Ayirimi Emami in the Ifie community, Warri, Delta State. He emphasized that the removal of the fuel subsidy has leveled the playing field, eliminating a system where connections in the oil sector could instantly elevate someone to billionaire status.

With the subsidy withdrawal, Oshiomole highlighted that individuals in the oil sector must now work, sell, and prosper, or face the consequences.

He commended Emami for the investment, recognizing its potential to generate employment, especially in the post-subsidy era.

During a tour of the tank farm facility, Oshiomole praised the courage and foresight demonstrated in establishing the facility in a swampy area.

He encouraged young Nigerians to view challenges as opportunities and urged them to seize the available prospects rather than lamenting the lack of opportunities in the Nigerian economy.

“Nigerians have never sat down to ask themselves how come the Lebanese, the Indians are coming in droves to find jobs here.

Nigerians are not seeing the opportunities in Nigeria. Let’s not cry; go for opportunities,” Oshiomole emphasized.
