Pastor Adeboye’s Apology Sparks Outrage! Mike Bamiloye Exposes The Real Spiritual Lesson Ignored By Many

Filmmaker and evangelist Mike Bamiloye has stepped forward to defend Pastor E.A. Adeboye, General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, amidst the backlash surrounding Adeboye’s recent remarks on tithing.

Bamiloye took to social media to address the reactions that followed Pastor Adeboye’s apology concerning his earlier comments about tithing. Adeboye had apologized for asserting that individuals who do not pay tithes would not enter heaven, admitting that such a statement is not supported by biblical scripture.

In response to the uproar, Bamiloye emphasized that Adeboye’s apology stemmed from divine correction and praised his humility in publicly admitting his mistake. He argued that it requires immense humility for a leader of Adeboye’s global stature to acknowledge errors and apologize in obedience to God, urging believers to concentrate on the significant spiritual lessons rather than criticize the apology.

Referencing 1 Corinthians 2:14, Bamiloye pointed out that spiritual matters can often be misconstrued by those lacking faith and understanding, stating, “It is beyond their reasoning.” He urged Christians, especially those awaiting Christ’s return, to embrace Adeboye’s call for deeper financial commitment without issue.

Bamiloye also urged other ministers to reflect on any statements or actions they may have made that God has corrected in private and to follow Adeboye’s example by making public restitution where necessary. He concluded with a reminder that prioritizing salvation and entry into heaven is far more important than clinging to pride or ego.

In his post, Bamiloye wrote:

“IT WAS THE APOLOGY THEY HEARD, THEY IGNORED THE REST OF THE MESSAGE:
Let me refresh your memory!
MY FATHER, DADDY E.A. ADEBOYE, ALSO SAID:
‘It is wrong to limit you to 10%. At a time when some of you should be at 20%, 30%, or even 40%. 10% should be for beginners. If you want to be at the top and manage finances, you must go well beyond 10%.’

I NEVER EXPECTED THE CHILDREN OF THIS WORLD TO COMPREHEND THE PRINCIPLES OF THE KINGDOM. It is beyond their reasoning.

1 Corinthians 2:14 NKJV states: ‘But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.’

If you are a child of the kingdom of God, seeking heaven and anticipating the return of Jesus Christ, I do not expect you to have any issues with those statements. BUT IF YOU STILL DO, then your spiritual sanctification is indeed questionable.

Consider Prophet Samuel, who mistakenly judged by appearances when choosing a son of Jesse as king. Despite his initial choice, God said, ‘No, I have not chosen this one!’ Until David was finally revealed as the chosen one.

Daddy E.A. Adeboye made a statement and the Lord corrected him before he publicly acknowledged his mistake as instructed. Do you think it’s easy for someone of his global stature to apologize publicly if God had not addressed him privately? Only someone focused on heaven and eternity would see this as crucial.

Feel free to mock him or drag him down for obeying the Lord’s instruction. BABA HAS HIS EYES ON HEAVEN, and that’s why he disregards earthly honors or human ego. IT TAKES HUMILITY FOR A MAN OF HIS GLOBAL STANDING TO COME FORWARD AND APOLOGIZE. Only God could prompt such an act.

Because, as the scripture says, God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble (James 4:6).

My father has just received even more grace from God for his humility in this act.

If the Lord has instructed you to make a public apology or confession, act on it now before it’s too late.
