Peller Confirms Jarvis Wants Space For The Moment
Popular Nigerian TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, has confirmed his breakup with content creator Jarvis. According to reports, the revelation comes just two weeks after Peller was involved in a deliberate car accident, which authorities say was an attempt to harm himself following tensions in the relationship. He was hospitalized and subsequently detained in line with existing traffic laws.
During a TikTok livestream on January 1, 2026, Peller explained that he and Jarvis are now maintaining a friendship and appealed to the public to refrain from online harassment. He revealed that he has reconciled with Jarvis’ family, who initially expressed anger but later forgave him. Peller stated that his ex-girlfriend requested space and that they are, for now, simply friends.
“I have spoken with her family and begged for their forgiveness. They were upset initially but have since forgiven me. Jarvis and I are friends now, but she asked that I give her space for the time being,” Peller said.
In a separate statement, Peller apologized to Nigerians following the car crash on the Lekki-Epe Expressway. He attributed the incident to the emotional strain from his personal life and recent breakup, describing it as a lapse in judgment that nearly cost him his life. He also reiterated that the situation should not subject Jarvis to online bullying, emphasizing that the matter is not about her.
