Daniel shared that he was at the airport to catch a flight to London and decided to visit the lounge to wait until departure time.

However, upon attempting to enter the lounge with his family, they were informed by the manager that wheelchairs were not allowed, citing it as the branch’s policy.

Expressing his dismay on social media, Daniel expressed shock that such discrimination could happen at an international brand like KFC, especially in a reputable location like an airport.

He described the confrontation with the manager, highlighting the refusal to accommodate wheelchair users despite being a frequent patron of the establishment.

Daniel’s family members engaged in a heated argument with the manager, but she remained adamant, leading to a public altercation.
