You’re Irrelevant!’ Asari Dokubo Fires At Wike – See Why Rivers People Won’t Obey

Speaking on Saturday during the Rivers State local government chairmanship elections, Dokubo expressed his strong support for the state governor, Siminalayi Fubara, while warning Wike to stay out of political matters in the state.

Dokubo stated that Wike holds no power without the authority of his office and added that Nigeria, including the people of Rivers, will not bow to him.

He said, “Wike’s soldiers and police have been flying helicopters over my house. I have the capacity to deal with them. Nigeria cannot submit to Wike, and neither will Rivers people. Let them tell him to back off.”

Dokubo, who is 60 years old, emphasized that he is unafraid of death and willing to defend himself if necessary. “I didn’t shoot down their helicopter, but I swear by Allah, I will if they push me.”

He also called on those commanding Wike’s forces to step back, adding, “Wike is nobody without the power of office. Let them take that away, and we’ll see what he really is.”

Dokubo assured that he will vote, and the results will be announced, with the elected chairmen sworn in, regardless of Wike’s actions.
