According to Ireporter Online, Nollywood actress Laide Bakare has condemned the conduct of some fans and colleagues who have continued to create social media content following the death of actress and filmmaker Allwell Ademola.

Bakare expressed disappointment over what she described as a lack of sensitivity and respect for the late actress, noting that many individuals appeared more interested in online engagement than mourning the loss. She lamented that some people who were reportedly close to Ademola remained active on entertainment platforms shortly after her passing, making videos, playing online games, and receiving virtual gifts from followers.

In a message shared via her Instagram page, Bakare described the behaviour as painful, careless, and disheartening, adding that everyone would ultimately be held accountable for their actions. She stated that seeing such activities so soon after the actress’s death left her deeply shocked and saddened.

She further urged social media users to reflect on their actions, suggesting that those aware of the individuals involved should call them out appropriately.
