The apex court upheld the elections of Bala Mohammed (Bauchi), Dauda Lawal (Zamfara), Caleb Muftwang (Plateau), and Abba Yusuff (Kano) on Friday.

Atiku praised the court’s judgment, deeming it a victory for democracy and good news for the people of Bauchi, Plateau, Akwa Ibom, and Zamfara states.

He emphasized the importance of a united opposition force to strengthen democracy in Nigeria and expressed his readiness to lead a coalition against the APC for the country’s benefit.

Atiku urged the PDP governors to view their victories as opportunities to consolidate and expand the scope of good governance, emphasizing the party’s role as the major opposition force in the country now that the election phase is concluded.
