According to Ireporter Online, the incident reportedly occurred on December 21, 2025, in Los Angeles, where Zampella was said to have been involved in a fatal car crash. The reports claim that the vehicle left the roadway and collided with a concrete structure, resulting in the death of Zampella and another occupant.
