Before his death, Dagrin was considered one of the greatest Nigerian rappers of all time and is recognized for paving the way for indigenous rap in Nigeria

He was known for his unique style of rapping in Yoruba, English, and Pidgin English. Some of his most popular songs include “Pon Pon Pon” and “Kondo.”

He died on April 22, 2010, at the age of 25, after a car accident.
