The event, scheduled to take place at the Transcorp Hilton in Abuja, has attracted the attention of notable dignitaries, including prominent political figures from across the country.

Former President Buhari and the current President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, are expected to be the special guests of honor, marking their first public appearance together since the transfer of power on May 29, 2023.

The former head of state and occasion chairman, Yakubu Gowon, is also anticipated at the event, along with other dignitaries. Retired army general I.B.M. Haruna is set to serve as co-chairman.

Businessman Mohammed Indimi has been chosen as the main launcher, while Prince Abdulaziz Bin Faisal Al Saud, head of the Saudi royal delegation, has confirmed his attendance.

Garba Deen Muhammad, the chairman of the planning committee for the book launch, described the occasion as a “historic moment” in a statement from Abuja. He highlighted the uniqueness of Adesina’s perspective, emphasizing that the book would provide insights unlikely to be found elsewhere.

According to Muhammad, Femi Adesina’s unwavering loyalty to former President Buhari will be a central theme in the book, offering a study in loyalty.

The book, published by Safari Books, chronicles Adesina’s eight years of service as Buhari’s special adviser on media and publicity, providing a firsthand account of the Buhari administration.
