In a recent retreat held in Akwa Ibom State for the top management of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), the Honorable Minister of the Ministry of Niger Delta Development, Engr. Abubakar Momoh, exhibited a fervent commitment to advancing the cause of the Niger Delta region.
