Nigerians Applaud APC National Chairmanship Aspirant, Saliu Mustapha For Donating Multi-million Naira Medical Equipment To Kwara Govt

That man is Godsent and has been standing up for the people for a long time, he has a rich history of philanthropic activities that transcends his political activism.”

Those were the words of a Kwara indigene who was in awe over the donation of multi-million naira medical facilities to the Kwara State Government by the Saliu Mustapha Foundation.

Even the Bible has lots of inspirational words to eulogize the generous. My Bible tells me that the generous would always find favor in the sight of God.

Proverbs 19:17 says, “whoever is kind to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will reward them for what they have done, while proverbs 21:13 says, “Whoever shuts their ears to the cry of the poor will also cry out and not be answered.”

We need generous leaders, who understand and feel the plight of the suffering masses. Donating 200 Orthopedic beds and their full accessories to the Kwara State Government is a very welcome development.

The challenges from the COVID-19 pandemic have been overwhelming and every assistance by well-spirited Nigerians in assisting the government to ameliorate the plight of the citizens should be very well commended as the effects of the third wave of the COVID-19 pandemic grinds harder.

The Saliu Mustapha Foundation was established in 2003, as a special purpose vehicle through which its Chairman, Mallam Saliu Mustapha intends to play his own little part in the growth and development of Kwara State.

The foundation spends an average of 100 million naira yearly seeing to the need of these vulnerable and less privileged in the society.

Nigerians have since taken to different platforms to acknowledge this generous donation by the Saliu Mustapha foundation.

“This is awesome and marvelous in our eyes, no single government can effectively handle the health challenges in our communities, for the Saliu Mustapha foundation to once again rise up to the challenges simply shows the foundation was conceptualized for genuine purposes to ameliorate the plights of the suffering masses, kudos to Mallam Saliu Mustapha.” -Razaq Alimi.

“Saliu Mustapha is changing the narratives in generosity, he gives without boundaries and makes sure he attends to the need of the people no matter how little, his benevolence is in the right direction.’-Tunde Bukola.

In making the donations the representative of the foundation, Alhaji Agboola Gambari said SMF is a non-profit, non-governmental humanitarian organization.

He noted that the donation was in line with Saliu Mustapha’s vision of bridging the gap in the health sector for the betterment of residents of the state.

Only the righteous care about the poor, the Bible in Proverbs 29:7 says “The righteous care about justice for the poor, but the wicked have no such concern”

Can we sincerely say we love God if we don’t have concerns about the poor? The righteous are burdened with justice for the poor.

Kudos to Mallam Saliu Mustapha and the Saliu Mustapha Foundation for this laudable donation, indeed you guys are doing very well.

Saliu Mustapha is a frontline aspirant for the position of APC national chairman.
