Remi Tinubu Offers Hope: ‘Current Hardship Is Temporary, Will Soon Fade Away,’ Assures Nigerians

Mrs. Tinubu highlighted the need for collective efforts to navigate through these tough times. She outlined initiatives under the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI), including the Women Agricultural Support Programme (WASP), which aims to empower 20 farmers each from five states in the South East Zone with N500,000 each.

Additionally, the RHI in partnership with the National Agricultural Land Development Authority will provide training, capacity building, and agricultural inputs to support 80 female farmers per state.

Mrs. Tinubu also revealed plans to launch the “Young Farmers Club” in public schools nationwide, encouraging farming among the youth and promising rewards for schools with outstanding farms.
