See What Dennis Idahosa Was Caught Doing That Gets Everyone Talking(Photos)
Yesterday, Hon. Dennis Idahosa, the APC’s Deputy Gubernatorial Candidate in the Edo gubernatorial election, was seen inspecting the construction of the Ugbogui Market road in Ugbogui ward, Ovia South West LGA. This act has sparked widespread discussion, especially given its timing during the heated Edo Gubernatorial campaigns.
Many expected Idahosa to be fully immersed in campaign activities. Instead, he has continued to focus on infrastructural development, a commitment that has characterized his tenure. This dedication is seen by many as unusual, especially in a period where political candidates are often criticized for diverting resources meant for development into their election campaigns. However, Idahosa’s actions are proving different.
His ongoing projects, such as the Ugbogui Market road, have not only been lauded but have also brought significant improvements to the lives of his constituents. The road construction is a testament to his pledge to improve local infrastructure and enhance the quality of life for residents in Ovia South West LGA.
The initiative has received mixed reactions. While some critics argue that his focus should be solely on the election, a larger portion of the community has praised his efforts.
Mr. Aigbe Eromosele, a local business owner, expressed his support, stating, “It’s refreshing to see a politician who doesn’t abandon his duties for political ambitions. Hon. Idahosa’s commitment to our community is commendable and shows he truly cares about our welfare.”
Similarly, Mrs. Osaro Ede, a resident of Ugbogui ward, noted, “We have seen many politicians come and go, promising change but delivering little. Dennis Idahosa is different. He has consistently delivered on his promises, and this road project is just one example of his dedication.”
As the September elections approach, Idahosa’s actions may very well influence voter perceptions, demonstrating that effective leadership includes balancing campaign commitments with ongoing responsibilities to the people.
