Thumbs Up For The Golden Boy As Nigerians Continue To Hail  Shettima’s NBA Presentation (Video)

HE Kashim Shettima, the APC vice presidential candidate, has demonstrated that he has a Golden touch on anything he touches. He was at the ongoing NBA conference at Eko Hotels and Suites yesterday, where the major political titans vying for the presidency were on hand to impress the gathered learned professionals.

As anticipated, they were all given the chance to impress their audience members, but Shetima, who yesterday officially declared himself the Golden Boy, utterly MESMERIZED the crowd. His presentation was pertinent; he discussed the major problems plaguing our country while he confidentially extolled the virtues and antecedents of both himself and Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

“Nigerians should follow the man wey know the road. From day one, we will hit the ground running. We’ll promptly address the issue of the economy, ecology, and security.
“And we have the antecedents. I built some of the best schools in Nigeria. Go to Borno and see wonders; you will never believe that it is a state in a state of war.
“So, we are going to replicate our achievements in Lagos, Borno and some of the frontline states so that our nation will be a better place. “The fundamental issue is pure leadership.

Even as a writer, I was astounded by his eloquent and factual presentation. Nigerians have also praised Kashim for his oratory and factual delivery, proclaiming him to be the country’s “Golden Boy.”

What he wore, trendy or not trendy, did not diminish the output or quality of his words. His statistics checked out, his ideas on economic reformation was quite ebullient and the fact that Shettima will handle security is also a masterstroke (as this is the edge of experience he has over others). These are the things that I would have expected people to dissect and discuss.

Nigerians, especially the online generation should stop majoring on minor things. That is why there is a dearth of intellectual discussion on Social Media.”
