Not limited to roads, Agba’s visionary approach ensured the facilitation of essential funds and projects for hospitals within Edo. Noteworthy was the allocation of substantial funds to pivotal healthcare institutions. The University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) received a substantial sum of N950 million in 2020 and an additional N1 billion intervention fund in 2023. Similarly, the Psychiatric Hospital in Uselu and Irrua Specialist Hospital received significant support—each receiving a commendable sum of N950 million in 2023.

Crucially, Agba’s agenda for progress extended beyond urban centers, encompassing essential water projects in Uromi and other areas of Esan land, profoundly impacting rural development.
