According to Ireporter Online, Nigerian content creator and singer Carter Efe has spoken about the growing financial strain he experiences from constant monetary demands by family members.

The entertainer made the revelation during a recent livestream while reacting to a discussion involving influencer Geh Geh and his sister. He explained that he is frequently approached by relatives for financial assistance, including substantial requests that have had a significant impact on his personal finances.

Carter Efe disclosed that the pressure often continues even after he has already rendered support, noting that additional demands usually follow shortly after. He specifically mentioned having several siblings who regularly reach out to him for money, including instances where a brother requested as much as one million naira, while he also recounted sending his sister funds for personal needs such as a phone and later receiving further requests for additional expenses like birthday-related plans.

He described the situation as emotionally and financially draining, warning that without setting clear boundaries, individuals in similar positions risk working endlessly without meaningful financial progress due to ongoing obligations from family members.

He added that such experiences have made him more cautious, stressing the importance of financial discipline and limits when managing family responsibilities.
