AFCON: Musa Calls Out Hypocrisy, Urges Fans To Cease Cyberbullying Iwobi

Iwobi recently cleared his official Instagram page of all posts, leaving only one video that was uploaded 10 weeks ago, with the comment section locked.
This move came after criticism directed at him following Nigeria’s 2-1 defeat to Ivory Coast in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations final.
Musa appealed to fans to stop cyberbullying, emphasizing that it not only violates decency but also constitutes a serious offense.
He highlighted the hypocrisy of claiming football unites while engaging in such behavior.
“Losing a game is undoubtedly tough, but singling out a player for the team’s shortcomings is unfair. We win and lose as a team,” Musa stated on X.
Musa emphasized the need for genuine love and support for the players, urging fans to uplift and stand united with them, regardless of victory or defeat.
