Addressing worshippers at the Gadumo praying ground in Kogi State on Wednesday, Islamic scholar Mallam Musa Bello emphasized the importance of using the spiritual enlightenment gained during Ramadan to foster peace and goodwill in their interactions with others.

Rather than patronizing beer parlors, Mallam Musa urged Muslims to reflect on ways to uplift societal welfare and contribute positively to their communities.

He strongly criticized those Muslims who, immediately after prayers, head to beer parlors, asserting that such behavior is contrary to Islamic principles.

Furthermore, he urged individuals who spend excessive time praying and reciting the Quran in mosques while neglecting their economic responsibilities to reconsider their actions.

In his concluding remarks, the cleric prayed for peace and harmony in Kogi State and Nigeria as a whole.
