Passengers Thrown Into Lagoon As Bus Crashes On Third Mainland Bridge

A commercial vehicle (Danfo) carrying passengers crashed on the Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos, resulting in two passengers being thrown into the Lagos lagoon. The driver, reportedly speeding, swerved off the road and hit the bridge rails, causing the passengers’ ejection. The Marine Police are conducting a search for the missing passengers, while the injured have been taken to a nearby hospital.
