According to sources, the bandits targeted the residence of Adefija Micheal Akinropo, abducting him along with his wife, son, and elder brother. The suspects then moved on to a nearby poultry farm, where they kidnapped another man and left his wife with gunshot wounds.

Police officers from the Byazin police station were quick to respond to the scene, but so far, the kidnappers have not made any contact with the victims’ families.

As the FCT Police Public Relations Officer struggles to reach out to Naija News for comment, the situation in Chikakore remains tense, with residents cowering in fear and uncertainty. Will the police be able to track down the kidnappers and rescue the victims? Only time will tell.
