A social media user identified as @Pharm_prenuer had taken to the microblogging platform to narrate her ordeal after being abandoned by her husband.

According to the lady, a good Samaritan gave her N500K for her medical bills, but her husband spent N180K from it on a new phone and a dog.

Sharing an update on her situation, the new mother announced that she has received three times the amount she requested, to the point that her bank stopped incoming transactions.

In her words, “I’m short of words, I’ve raised three times the needed amount until my Palmpay can’t receive funds anymore due to transaction limits. Dear kind-hearted Nigerians, I do not know where to start thanking you. Please, it’s enough, it’s too much for me to process. Thank you so much 😭”

A social media user reacted to her update, saying, “I hope you do not send it to your husband again. You should learn your lesson already. Love sometimes makes people act irrationally. Wishing you all the best.”
