IBEDC Issues Warning: Any Costumer That Attack Our Staff Will Go To Jail

Kingsley Achife, the Managing Director of IBEDC in Kwara, emphasized that any form of assault on their personnel would result in severe legal consequences, potentially including imprisonment.

In a statement released on Tuesday, Achife reiterated IBEDC’s unwavering commitment to delivering quality service to its clientele. He urged customers to use appropriate channels to address grievances rather than resorting to violent actions.

Additionally, Achife assured customers that IBEDC would continue to serve them diligently, even throughout and beyond the Eid-el-Fitr festivities. He stressed the vital importance of communities safeguarding electrical installations and promptly reporting any suspected cases of vandalism.

Furthermore, Achife announced that IBEDC offices would remain operational during public holidays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to attend to customer needs. He encouraged customers to contact IBEDC through their customer care hotline or email for inquiries and complaints.

The management of IBEDC extended warm wishes to Muslims and all Nigerians on the occasion of Eid-El-Fitr. They called for collective efforts in combating vandalism to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply, particularly during the holiday season
