In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye, in Ilorin on Tuesday, Governor Abdulrazaq extended congratulations to the Emir of Ilorin, Dr. Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, and all Muslims in the state for successfully completing the fasting period.

The governor emphasized the importance of incorporating the noble activities of Ramadan, such as almsgiving, abstaining from negativity, and maintaining good conduct, into their daily lives.

Governor Abdulrazaq urged the Muslim community to unite in goodness and refrain from anything that could diminish the rewards of their fasting or cast doubt on their sincerity as devotees.

He concluded by praying to Allah for a blessed Eid and for better years ahead, filled with faith and prosperity, for everyone.
