A Federal High Court in Enugu State has mandated the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to designate Sunday Udeh-Okoye as the party’s National Secretary, replacing Senator Samuel Anyanwu.

Presided over by Justice Cyprian Ajah, the court’s decision was based on a motion ex parte filed by a party member, Anaigu Emmanuel, on Friday. Justice Ajah ruled on Monday, specifying that the interim order would be valid for seven days.
