The spur of the moment right now is the forthcoming APC national convention billed for February 26th, activities are fast revolving around the convention and it sure promises to be thrilling and as well entertaining.

Abuja the city of the moment is already accumulating the vibes as political campaigns can be sighted almost in every nook and cranny of the Capital Territory.

Going around bars and restaurants you hear hush talks about the coming convention and of course their expectations on how to participate. The intriguing aspect of this whole political game is the sequence of events. Immediately after the convention, the general elections are next with party tickets up for grabs.

Party Stakeholders have rated the technocrat as the perfect man for the job taking into consideration his age and his experience in qualitative leadership.

Saliu Mustapha who is a long time ally of President Buhari who happens to be the youngest aspirant for the seat has laid a clear cut blueprint to party chieftains that they are confident his leadership would be the best bet for the APC.

Saliu Mustapha who recently got endorsed by the North Central caucus of the party may just have pulled the carpet out under the feet of other co-contestants.
