The young girl is in critical condition, along with her grandfather, grandmother, and uncle, who all suffered burns in the tragic incident that unfolded on Sunday.

The grandmother, currently in severe pain at the hospital, recounted the horrifying incident. She was frying meat when the oil unexpectedly caught fire, and their attempts to control it spiraled out of control, resulting in a cooking gas explosion.

Little Faridat, asleep in her room around 2 p.m. when the incident occurred, was fortunately rescued by community members along with other injured victims. The intensity of the explosion engulfed the 14-room building, including shops, leaving 11 families homeless.
