The vice presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed has come under fire on social media after he made a gaffe while speaking at a public event.

In the short video, Baba-Ahmed is heard saying ‘we really sympathize with Peter Obi and will not hold it against him’.

Peter Obi is the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP).

Baba-Ahmed was speaking on the health status of the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu when he made the gaffe.
