The alleged misconduct reportedly occurred on May 26, 2026, in Auyo town, Auyo Local Government Area. The APC further stated that the accused members were alleged to have engaged in activities capable of bringing the party into disrepute, undermining its leadership structure, and creating internal divisions, in violation of provisions of the party’s constitution.

Those affected include Hon. Ibrahim Usman Auyo; Aisha Adamu Auyo (Kande), State Deputy Women Leader; Yargabi Babannan Auyo, Auyo Ward Women Leader; Musa Idris Zabarau, Auyo Ward Chairman; Ibrahim Ayama, Auyo Local Government Vice Chairman; Saje Hadiyau, Auyo Local Government Financial Secretary; and Sani Abdullahi Hadiyau, Auyo Ward Vice Chairman. The party directed them to stop parading themselves as APC officials or participating in party activities in any capacity, while assuring them of a fair hearing in line with due process.
