APC Rebukes Mutfwang Over Allegations Against Buhari, Labels Claims As Ignorant

In response to Mutfwang’s assertions made during a recent swearing-in ceremony, APC’s National Director of Publicity, Bala Ibrahim, rebuked the governor’s comments, labeling them as a display of ignorance regarding macro and micro-economies.

Ibrahim dismissed Mutfwang’s claims, exonerating Buhari from the economic difficulties and emphasizing the former president’s expertise in petroleum marketing and economic matters. He emphasized that Buhari, as a former petroleum minister and head of state, possesses a deep understanding of economic principles and would not jeopardize Nigeria’s future.

Regarding allegations of currency printing during Buhari’s tenure, Ibrahim suggested awaiting the outcome of investigations by the National Assembly rather than engaging in premature judgments. He criticized Mutfwang’s remarks as typical opposition rhetoric and urged for constructive criticism instead of destructive commentary.
