“Appropriate Or Not”? Watch Video Of A Dad ‘Dirty Dancing’ With His Children’s Nanny

A video of a dad-of-two dancing with his 23-year-old nanny has raised eyebrows on social media.

The video was shared on TikTok by the man’s wife Rachel with the caption: “The nanny-dad content no one asked for.

But people responded, warning her that the video is a red flag. In the video, husband Andrew can be seen lifting up nanny Lizzie Norton by the waist and wrapping their arms around each other as they tried to show their ”dirty dancing” skills.

They then swap places so Lizzie attempts to lift Andrew up.

Wife Rachel was the one filming and she can be heard laughing and directing them.

At one point, she’s heard telling her husband: “You touched her boobs!”

Andrew laughs and says: “I know, I know.”

Lizzie is heard saying, “I’ve never tried dirty dance before” as she jumps into Andrew’s arms again.

Their son was also in the room as dad danced with the nanny.

Rachel, 34, defended the “innocent” behaviour and said Lizzie is like “family”.

She added: “This is what happens … when dad comes home before the nanny leaves.”

The video sparked outrage, with many saying it was inappropriate.

Many nannies said they would never act in such a way around their male employer.

One said: “I have been a nanny for 15 years, and never in my life has anything like this happened.”

Rachel went on to explain how they met Lizzie, saying she worked in the daycare where their oldest son went.

She added: “She was always the nicest, the sweetest. She would send pictures all day, and we would talk all day.”

“She wasn’t like the other people that worked there, and I wasn’t like the other mums. We were, like, friends.”

During the pandemic, the couple hired Lizzie to help at home, while Rachel went to work and Andrew worked from home.

Despite being home together, Rachel said Andrew worked upstairs and Lizzie watched the kids downstairs so there wasn’t time to “sneak or whatever.”

Now Andrew is back in the office, and Rachel added: “On the rare occasion she does see him, they’re so happy to see each other because she’s like our little sister.

“We love her to death. She’s really goofy and weird and we can joke around and mess with her, and vice versa.”

Defending her nanny, Rachel said: “Stop attacking her. She’s an angel. She’s a godsend to our family and people are attacking her like she’s some sort of s**t.”

Some people speculated that the couple might be grooming the nanny.

Responding, Lizzie said: “I’m not being groomed, everybody can calm down.”
