Accusing Omokri of becoming a puppet working for the current government, Acapella stated that Omokri’s parents should be appreciated for giving birth to a child “that does not have sense.”

In a video shared on Instagram, Acapella addressed Omokri’s tweet alleging that Nigerian women spent over $200 million on wigs. The comedian argued that the beauty industry is significant, and the purchase of wigs by Nigerian women contributes to the economy.

He contrasted this with senators spending over N100 million on cars, which, according to Acapella, doesn’t benefit the Nigerian economy.

Acapella further emphasized the need for diversification, citing other countries like the United Arab Emirates that are moving away from reliance on oil to generate revenue from various sectors. He accused Omokri of making false claims about being a “table shaker” while having nothing substantial to offer.
