Gov Aiyedatiwa – No vacancy In Ondo govt house, my certificate Is genuine

Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State has dismissed rumors surrounding the authenticity of his certificate, affirming that it is genuine and authentic. Addressing the issue of his certificate, Aiyedatiwa stated, “My certificates are genuine and authentic. I think it is just a kind of mischief by some other aspirants who find me to be an aspirant to beat, trying to look for a way to discredit my person but that has been verified and put to rest.”

He clarified the circumstances surrounding his education, particularly regarding the establishment of Ikosi High School in 1980. Aiyedatiwa explained that private school students, including himself, were transferred to government-built schools due to a policy shift in 1979, enabling him to complete his WASSCE in 1982.

Responding to those attempting to discredit him, Aiyedatiwa advised them to focus on constructive efforts, stating, “I should just advise them to repent and try to go to the field and work. If they are interested in the seat and the seat is not vacant, that is why they’re trying to do all that they are doing.”

He concluded by urging individuals to verify his credentials through the WAEC website, asserting the authenticity of his educational qualifications.
