Addressing the audience on Monday, May 13, during the swearing-in ceremony of Dagogo Iboroma, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), as the Rivers’ Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice at the Government House in Port Harcourt, the state capital, Fubara stated, “Let me also emphasize this: you have a significant responsibility. We will be instituting a judicial panel of inquiry to investigate governance affairs. Therefore, be prepared; I am resolute on this matter.
